The projecting rectangular frame on the façade gives the building a bold geometric identity, adding depth and visual interest with contrasting materials set within it. Integrated green planters at varying levels soften the hard lines and introduce natural elements, enhancing the building’s eco-conscious character.
Layered design features — vertical fins, recessed sections, and textured surfaces — break visual monotony and create a dynamic street presence. Carefully chosen textures and colours ensure both aesthetic harmony and functional clarity.
